As it has done last month, out beloved home network crashed again. But of course, with viruses (virii?) removed, SP2 installed and system cleaned up I am back online!
Summer has begun and guess what! I have yet to wear any of my bikinis. The sun has yet to toast my skin to a crisp golden brown. My feet has yet to sink into the warm sand. I was supposed to go to Punta Fuego with my colleagues a couple of weeks back but the flu had other plans for me. Ugh, such disgusting plans! A sustained 2-day long 41-degree Celsius fever, my voice reduced to frog croaks, and inability to stand light (and even air from an electric fan) on my eyes and skin. Pero dahil pasaway ako, the day my fever went down to 38 degrees, I played badminton with Rodj, Kaiz, Towlights, Kritz and Ky. Thank goodness hindi naman ako na-binat.
Summer classes begin on Monday next week. I will be teaching dance. Whee! Good luck sa akin. Nawa'y ika-payat ko ito!

The only thing worse than being sick is being sick enough to stay home but not sick enough to warrant serious medical attention.
The only thing worse than that is being too sick to take care of someone you love with all your heart and soul... that someone you love who happens to be sick as well.
Dammit, the flu sucks. B-I-G time.

Just a thought. TQ (tequilabreath) lists me under her "must-have shots of wisdom". But with entries like this, my gaaawd, what kind of wisdom (if any) do I impart? Should it be "miss"-dom instead? ( Ang corny ko, bwiset!)
On the topic of corn, all Holy Week, I ate corn on the cob every single freakin' day! So my poop was the color of the font right HERE... oops... sorry... I'll shut up now.
